Important Information Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Portal
 

  1. Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam 2022 has been launched by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr Manohar Lal Khattar.
  2. Through this scheme, all the appointments will be done online by the government, which was earlier done under outsourcing policies.
  3. The portal will also be launched by the government on 1 November 2021 for the operation of Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.
  4. Through this portal, youth will be able to apply online for the posts.
  5. All the benefits like EPF, ESI etc facilities will also be provided to all the citizens hired through this system.
  6. This process will not only prevent exploitation of employees working on contract basis but will also play a very important role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities to the deserving candidates.
  7. Now under this new system, the contractual appointments will be done on the basis of merit, due to which a transparent system will be ensured.
  8. All outsourcing employees will be able to be appointed through this portal.
  9. Apart from this skill development training sessions will also be organized to provide employment to all the eligible youth.
  10. हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम 2022 हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारा शुरू किया गया है।
  11. इस योजना के माध्यम से सभी नियुक्तियां सरकार द्वारा ऑनलाइन की जाएंगी, जो पहले आउटसोर्सिंग नीतियों के तहत की जाती थी।
  12. हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के संचालन के लिए सरकार द्वारा 1 नवंबर 2021 को पोर्टल भी लॉन्च किया ।
  13. इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से युवा पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
  14. सभी लाभ जैसे ईपीएफ, ईएसआई आदि सुविधाएं भी इस प्रणाली के माध्यम से किराए पर लिए गए सभी नागरिकों को प्रदान की जाएंगी।
  15. यह प्रक्रिया न केवल अनुबंध के आधार पर काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों के शोषण को रोकेगी बल्कि योग्य उम्मीदवारों को पारदर्शिता और पर्याप्त रोजगार के अवसर सुनिश्चित करने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।
  16. अब इस नई व्यवस्था के तहत संविदा नियुक्ति योग्यता के आधार पर की जाएगी, जिससे पारदर्शी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जा सकेगी।
  17. इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से सभी आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति की जा सकेगी।
  18. इसके अलावा सभी पात्र युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण सत्र भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
