Short Information :- Haryana RTE Admission 2022: According to the Right to Education 2009, implemented after the abolition of Rule 134A by the Government of Haryana, now children from poor families will be admitted in schools, for this the schedule has been issued by the Education Department. The process of application has started from April 16. Draw for admission in schools will be done on April 29.State Education Minister Kanwarpal said that for the disabled children belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and children from economically weaker families with income up to 1 lakh 80 thousand, in the private recognized schools of the state, in the academic year 2023, the first class and earlier. There will be 25% reserved seats in the classes. The government has taken this decision in accordance with the provisions of section 12(1) c of the Right to Education Act, 2009. It will be mandatory for private recognized schools to put the information about the availability of seats on their school website by 15 April 2022.

Age Limit
  • A child of 3 to 5 years of age will be admitted to the economically weaker section in preschool or nursery.
  • 4 to 6 year old child will be admitted in UKG
  • A child of 5 to 7 years of age will get admission in Class 1st.
  • The age limit for children with disabilities is 3 to 9 years in Nursery, 4 to 9 years in KG and 5 to 9 years in Class I.
