Admission for Session 2021-22

For Class I to XI

• The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in the case of Differently abled children by the Principal.
• Note :- There is no age restriction for admission to Class XI provided the student is seeking admission in the year of passing the Class X examination. Similarly, there will be no upper & lower age limit for admission to class XII provided there has been no break in the continuous study of the student after passing class XI

 Procedure to Apply for KVS Admission 2021-22 Session

• For Class-I: For Class 1 Admission, the parents have to fill up the online form. First Check the Age Limit Criteria for the Child from the table given above. The apply online link for the KVS Class 1 Admission 2021-22 is given below in the Important Links Section. Either you can apply from the website or Install the Android App (link given below) and fill Application Form from there.
• The admission application form is divided into 5 sections, each organized and presented under a separate tab. The following are the different section/ tab headings:

1. Basic information
2. Parents details
3. Choice of schools
4. Upload documents
5. Declaration and submit

• For Class-II & Above: For Class II and above Fill the Application Form, Scan it, and Send it to the concerned School email only.
• METHOD OF ADMISSION IN CLASS II TO VIII: Admission test shall not be conducted for admission to Class II to VIII and the admission may be granted based on the Priority category system (1 to 5 or 6 as the case may be). If applications are more than the number of seats, a lottery system will be followed in each category including the single girl child quota (Class VI Onwards).
• Method of Admission in Class IX and Above: A Test may be conducted for the Class IX admission and the admission will be given on the basis of Merit. For Class XI, The Admission may be done on the basis of the Marks of Class X.
