Qualification Details

• Passed in related trade from ITI in State Council of Vocational Training/National Council of Vocational Training

How to apply 

• Only online application will be accepted. No Need to apply offline.
• All eligible candidates are advised to submit photocopies of their all educational and other required documents (self attested) in the office of Civil Surgeon Fatehabad. Polyclinic Huda Sector-3. Room No. 109 within 10 days after closing date.
• All necessary information about the process of recruitment will be sent on Candidate’s registered E-Mail ID only.
• The qualification should be completed before closing date.
• No separate information will be sent to the candidates. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
• Number of vacancies can be increased or decreased or withdraw without any further notice.
• Candidate must ensure that he/she has fulfilled the eligibility conditions on the last date of application. If he/she found do not fulfill any of the eligibility condition or it is found that the information furnished is false or incorrect their candidature/ appointment will be cancelled and appropriat action will be taken.
• Please ensure that the following documents are kept ready for nrolling in the portal -Aadhar Card. Valid Personal Email ID. Mobile Number (Will be required to send / verify OTP). Passport size Photograph Format: JPEG. Size: Less than 200kb. Bank account details. Qualifying Degree/Provisional Certificate, Format: PDF. Size: Less than 1 mb.
• Preference shall be given to local distt. Fatehabad candidates.
